Assemblywoman Ling Ling Chang is very likely to prevail in her campaign to replace Bob Huff in the 29th State Senate District, which means that in 2016 her seat in the 55th Assembly District will be vacated. Who will run to replace Chang in that district?
Possible candidates include West Covina City Councilman Mike Spence, former president of the California Republican Assembly and Chief of Staff to San Bernardino County Supervisor Curt Hagman, and two Republicans who ran strong primary campaigns against Chang last year, Walnut Valley schools trustee Phillip Chen and Diamond Bar Mayor Steve Tye, according to the O.C.
