What is at stake right now is that the Continuing Resolutions which essentially continue (or reduce) the prior year’s spending level, are expiring on Sep. 30, 2013. Some House Republicans would like to see a government shut down rather than allow ObamaCare to be funded, and most of them are not eager to raise the nation’s debt limit yet again.
But the rebel House Republicans do not apparently involve three Republican Representatives in California – in districts that President Barack Obama won in 2012.
