Everywhere we look these days, we see signs of the changing seasons. The weather is getting warmer and warmer, every day feeling like a great beach day. Baseball season is just getting into full swing. And the two of us spend our weeks in Sacramento, doing everything we can to bring some common sense to a place sorely in need of more of it.
