Anaheim City Councilman Jordan Brandman
Anaheim City Councilman Jordan Brandman has been reportedly been calling around asking for endorsements so he can run against former State Legislator Lou Correa for the Congressional seat being vacated by U.S. Rep. Loretta Sanchez.
Brandman may announces his Congressional campaign as soon as tomorrow.
While Brandman and Correa are both Democrats they could not be more different from each other. Correa has been married for years and has raised a great family while Brandman inexplicably remains single and his Facebook profile omits any mention of any significant others.
Brandman is a known ally of the disgusting lobbyist and former Anaheim Mayor Curt Pringle. That alone should sink his campaign!
All of this will of course be a moot point if and when Sanchez drops her U.S. Senate campaign. But if she stays in that race you have to wonder if she would back Brandman over Correa? Sanchez was a big reason that Brandman won his Anaheim City Council seat.
It would be ironic if Brandman somehow won the Sanchez seat as Central Orange County has already lost Latino representatives in the 69th Assembly District and in the 34th State Senate District as well as the First Orange County Supervisorial District.

If both corporate puppet liberals Sanchez and Brandman reach their goals of a wider, tighter grip on our wallets, finding your missing math-literate and conservative friends will be easy. Just follow the trail of vomit eastward across the state line.
My guess is Loretta will withdrawl from the US senate race and instead run again for the house seat. Then when DI-FI retires she’ll step in.
As for Brandman, the only thing good you can say about him is Greg Diamond hates him so he can’t be all that bad.
