The OC GOP’s 16th Annual Flag Day Salute is going to feature Senator Rand Paul, a Libertarian-leaning Presidential hopeful.

Dr. Rand Paul is the junior United States Senator for Kentucky. A graduate of the Duke University School of Medicine, Paul has been a practicing ophthalmologist in Bowling Green, Ky., since 1993, and established his own clinic in December 2007. He has been married to his wife Kelley for 23 years. They have three sons: Will, Duncan and Robert.
