Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff (R-Diamond Bar) provides the details behind deadline week at the California State Capitol and the passage of Senate Resolution (SR) 22, which commemorates School Choice Week in California.
Senator Huff also reveals that a further investigation of the Governor’s proposed budget reveals a $29 million dollar “bridge loan” to the California High Speed Rail Authority. Senator Huff questions the wisdom of loaning money to a high-speed rail plan that nobody in California seems to want, and also gives examples of what the money could be used for.
Senator Huff serves as the Senate Republican Leader and represents the 29th Senate District covering portions of Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino Counties. Follow Senator Huff on Twitter @bobhuff99.
