Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff (R-Diamond Bar) gives high marks to Governor Brown for the Governor’s May Budget Revision in his Capitol Comment for the Week of May 13th, 2013.
The new budget proposal from the Governor spends roughly $1.3 billion less than his January budget plan, and Senator Huff notes that the Governor ignored the clarion call for increased spending that came from members of his own party.
Senator Huff also states some concerns about the plan, which includes $200 billion in unfunded public employee retirement liabilities.
