The union-funded Voice of OC posted a remarkable video today — 70 seconds of Irvine Councilman/Great Park Boardmember Larry Agran ripping his County Supervisor, Todd Spitzer, a new one. This was a return volley to the dressing down that Spitzer gave him at the January 8th Irvine City Council meeting.
Agran was “disheartened” with his “goofy” Supervisor who would sponsor an initiative for the County to take over the Great Park. Spitzer had made “a fool of himself”. The Voice has a new relationship with KOCE (PBS SOCal) which will air the entire interview later this week:
Real Orange – Thursday, Jan. 24, at 5 p.m.
SoCaL Insider – Friday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m. (with extended interview excerpts)
The Voice did not mention if Agran also dragged along his pallet load of drawings, maps, plans and reports that he used at the Council meeting to demonstrate what the $200 million he spent for the Great Park actually bought. Neither is it known if KOCE viewers will be put to sleep by PowerPoint as he pathetically attempts to justify over ten years of virtually no progress in building his legacy that saved Orange County from a job-creating, business-generating, tax and fee-producing international airport.
