Good grief. Just when you thought the Nadia Lockyer affair and rehab scandal could not get any worse, a sex tape has allegedly emerged, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, which reported that Nadia’s husband, California State Treasurer Bill Lockyer, “believed that the man, who has a history of arrests for alleged methamphetamine use, might make the tape public if forced to break off a romantic relationship with the supervisor.”
Bill accused Nadia’s “ex-lover” of beating her up after she met him at a motel. “Stephen Chikhani (pictured above), the man Nadia Lockyer is accusing of attacking her, denied her account. He told the Oakland Tribune that the only truths were “that I have a record and that they were separated. … Pretty much everything else was made up by her husband.” The 35-year-old San Jose man has not been charged,” according to the Oakland Tribune, which refused to endorse Nadia when she ran for the Alameda County Board of Supervisors in 2010.
About that campaign, “Nadia Lockyer met her alleged assailant in a drug rehab program that she was in back in 2010, the same year she was elected to the board,” according to the San Francisco Chronicle. If true that means Bill spent over a million dollars to get his wife elected knowing full well she had a substance abuse problem.
Perhaps even more disturbing, is word that “the Lockyers’ 8-year-old son was with his mother at the time of the alleged attack, again according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Who brings their little boy to a hook-up with a guy she met in rehab?
And what about this guy? The San Francisco Chronicle is reporting that “According to police and court records, the man has been arrested at least 10 times in the past 15 years – all but once in Santa Clara County – with nearly every case being for possessing or being under the influence of methamphetamine.”
The sex tape has come up not long after a friend of Chikani showed the San Jose Mercury News text messages that Nadia sent to Chikhani before all this hit the fan, including this text message:
THE LAST 3 MONTHS U PUT ME THRU HELL N BACK — N MORE. YOU WILL SEE N FEEL THE PAIN YOUR LIES HAVE INFLICTED IN MY HEART SOUL EVERY MOMENT YOU FIND YOURSELF ALONE OR BORED WITH ANOTHER.”
I’m telling you. This is a WAY bigger scandal then is being reported. The Treasuer is working doubly hard cashing favors in to shut this whole mess down.

The treasuer of Californias wife, herself an elected official is involved in an acohol and drug fueled affair (nevermind she met the guy in rehab AFTER she was elected) which has sex tapes and all the makings of a cover up.
The SF Chronicle team, a few people at the Merc and this blog are the only one talking about it.
If this doesn’t reek of corruption at the highest levels of state government and imply that the democratic party machine is as dihonest and corrupt as the right side, tell us what does.
