Diamond is a liberal blogger over at the fading Orange Juice blog. He is also a member of the Orange County Occupy movement. He denies that he is their lawyer, but according to the O.C. Register, “Today, in addition to representing plaintiffs in workplace harassment or discrimination cases, Diamond serves as “primary civic liaison” for Occupy Orange County.” He rents a pad in Brea where he is running for the 29th State Senate District, against GOP State Senate leader Bob Huff.
