A lynch mob descended on the Ocean View School District’s Board meeting earlier this month, according to the Huntington Beach Independent. A group of rowdy parents, teachers and students almost shut down the board meeting with their sheer numbers.
What were they so angry about? The district is giong to suffer a $2.2-million shortfall in the coming school year. Because of that they are giong to ahve to add about five students per classroom. Increasing the class sizes would save $1.3 million. Continue reading
