The council majority aka The Giveaway 3 led by Kris Murray have announced their decision to hire two law firms Atkinson — Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo; and Nielsen, Merksamer, Parranello, Gross & Leoni — to fight the ACLU lawsuit that seeks to create council districts in the City of Anaheim.
So let’s tally up all the reasons why Kris Murray and Gail Eastman are bad for Anaheim:
1. Kris Murray and Gail Eastman voted to give a private developer over $158 million in tax subsidies to build two luxury hotels at the failed GardenWalk Mall. That TOT revenue should have gone to help strengthen our communities and not the wallet of developer Bill O’Connell.

I wouldn’t leave out the idea that the two items (citizens to vote on developer tax giveaways and districting the city for election)which were on the Council Agenda on the evening of the Diaz demonstration disappeared during the shortened meeting. As I recall, that was the last opportunity to place them on the November ballot.
Harry and the girls would have voted against balloting them, so maybe it makes no difference. If I understand this correctly, if there had been a vote, at least their ‘nays’ would be on the record for denying the citizenry a vote on two crucial issues.
Well, if city hall with the three stooges doesn’t listen than why not take the fight to the visitors. Every weekend on D-lands busiest day, a peaceful demonstration on Harbor in front of disneyland.
I predict that after a few weeks, they will cave to the negative press.
I would also say that we boycott Harry’s Pollo loco(or heck all of them) and go with pollo Norteno. Also, we should have petitioners signing up recalling the three stooges.
