  1. “liberal Democratic incumbent”

Okay, Travis Allen get’s kudo’s from all the center-right blogs for working on a project that is good for OC. His *PARTNER* in getting it done was Sharon Quirk-Silva. It wouldn’t have worked had either done it without working WITH the other.

Is Sharon Quirk-Silva a decent representative? Well, she has been able to work across the isle for the good of the constituents, and that is a start. Just like when Travis Allen works across the isle for the good of the constituents it’s good.
