Westminster City Attorney Investigating Kimberly Ho’s False Address on Planning Commission Application
Westminster, CA The Westminster City Attorney is investigating a complaint filed against City Council Candidate Kimberly Ho alleging she committed perjury by lying about her address on official city applications when she applied to be a Planning Commissioner in 2010. The complaint also claims she was sworn in as a Westminster Traffic Commissioner in February of 2016, but her official change of address from Yorba Linda to Westminster wasn’t made until June.
City Residency is a clear requirement to serve as a Westminster Planning Commissioner. The complaint cites the city ordinance that members of the Planning Commission shall be residents of the city of Westminster. On her Application, Ho used the address of a UPS Store as her home address. She currently claims residency at an apartment in Westminster.
The complaint seeks investigation by the U.S Attorney or the State Attorney General, since the Orange County District Attorney, Anthony Rackaukas, is a political ally.
This complaint also comes on the heels of other allegations that Kimberly Ho has mis-stated her credentials as a medical doctor despite not having a medical license in California. She owns a skin care business in Westminster but has an esthetician license only. This allows her to give facials but she is not a licensed Dermatologist.
