ASSEMBLY MEMBER WAGNER AND SUPERVISOR TODD SPITZER DISCUSS PUBLIC SAFETY GPS DATA PROPOSAL
IRVINE – Assembly Member Donald P. Wagner (R-Irvine) and Orange County Supervisor Chairman Todd Spitzer will hold a joint press conference to discuss Assembly Bill 1213.
AB 1213 establishes the California Offender Global Positioning System Database so that criminal justice agencies can better scrutinize the location and possible interactions of offenders wearing court-ordered GPS monitoring devices.
AB 1213 is scheduled to be heard in the Assembly Public Safety Committee on Tuesday, April 28th in Sacramento.
