Bill Would Require Two-Thirds Approval Of Orange County Voters Before A New Toll Facility Could Be Constructed

(Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Westminster, and Rossmoor) will be present, but not speaking
WHAT: State Assemblywoman Young Kim will be formally announcing her introduction of state legislation to prohibit the construction of new toll facilities in Orange County without approval of two-thirds of Orange County voters.
Assemblywoman Kim is a Member of the Assembly Transportation Committee.
