Bill’s Sacramento Plan: Bill will work to eliminate CA’s growing “wall of debt” by cutting spending and eliminating waste. He opposes attempts to raise taxes or weaken California’s Propostition 13 protections. He will work to hold legislators accountable by supporting no balanced budget = no paycheck efforts. He will push to suspend all new job killing regulations until unemployment drops below 4% and he will work to restore our schools to a place of learning.
