Senator Mimi Walters, Candidate for the 45th Congressional District Endorses Robert Ming for Supervisor

ORANGE COUNTY – Senator Mimi Walters today announced her endorsement of Robert Ming for Orange County Supervisor, 5th District.
“I strongly support Robert Ming for Orange County Supervisor,” Walters said. “Robert has the skill and experience necessary to represent the residents of south Orange County. He will make a great supervisor, and I am proud to support him.”
Senator Mimi Walters has represented south Orange County at the local level, in the State Assembly, and in the State Senate for the past 18 years and is heavily favored to be elected to Congress to represent the 45 th Congressional District this November.
“It is an honor to have Mimi’s support in my race for Supervisor,” Ming responded. “Mimi Walters has dedicated many years of her life to serving the people of South Orange County. It will be a pleasure to work with her in the future.”
Walters has served as Assistant Republican Leader, Vice Chair of the Appropriations Committee, and is known for her leadership in preserving private property rights, reducing red tape and regulation, and protecting taxpayers from government overreach.
Robert Ming was the top vote-getter in the June 3 rd Election for Orange County Supervisor, 5 th District. As of today, his lead has grown to 1,722 votes, and continues to increase.
Orange County’s 5th District includes the cities of Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, as well as the community of Shady Canyon in Irvine and the unincorporated communities of Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Las Flores, and Wagon Wheel.
