New Majority Endorses Bryson for State Assembly
(Laguna Niguel, Calif.) – One of Orange County’s most influential GOP donor groups, the New Majority, has officially announced its support and financial backing of Anna Bryson for Assembly.
“With experience running a large school district like Capistrano Unified and her success as a reformer, Anna Bryson is the type of effective problem-solver we need representing Orange County,” said Tom Ross, New Majority Political Director. “Anna is a tough fiscal conservative who will fight the status quo, oppose tax increases, and work to reform the way we spend money in Sacramento.”
New Majority California promotes a fiscally responsible philosophy in government and an inclusive mainstream approach towards politics. Through education and contributions, it seeks to inform its membership and contribute resources to Republican and other philosophically-aligned candidates and issues that share its mission.
Bryson is a small-business owner and education reformer. While she’s served as a trustee for the Capistrano Unified School District, it has become the top-performing large district in the state. As a trustee, she has helped start and promote five charter schools and successfully voted to save local residents $59 million in taxes. Bryson volunteers in the D.A.’s anti-gang program where she makes use of her fluent Spanish.
