Former United States Treasurer Rosario Marin Endorses Emanuel Patrascu for State Assembly
Rosario Marin served as the 41st Treasurer of the United States, under President George W. Bush. She was the highest ranking Latina to serve in the Bush Administration and was also a designee to the President’s Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans. Previously,Marin held prominent positions in the administrations of Governors Wilson and Schwarzenegger.
“Emanuel Patrascu is a small business owner whose financial experience is sorely needed in Sacramento. It is about time that we elect someone who knows what it is to write his own paycheck and knows what it takes to create jobs,” said Marin.
“I am honored to have received the support of Rosario Marin. Her record of service at the local, state and federal levels has made a real difference in making our community better,” commented Emanuel Patrascu.
Emanuel Patrascu came to the United States, along with his family, as a political refugee fleeing an oppressive government regime. He has worked as a campaign and political professional, and is currently serving as District Director to Assemblyman Travis Allen. Additionally, Emanuel is also a small business owner in Orange County. Emanuel lives in Laguna Beach along with his wife and young son.
