Councilman Jesse Petrilla Ends Successful Year with Over $100,000 Cash on Hand
ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Rancho Santa Margarita City Council Member Jesse Petrilla today announced that he ended 2013 with a strong showing for his campaign for California’s 73rd Assembly District. With over $100,000 cash on hand, from over 200 unique contributors, Petrilla comes into the new year with significant momentum and significant progress already made.
“$100,000 cash on hand is a strong showing in this fundraising environment,” commented Rancho Santa Margarita Councilman Steve Baric. “I am not surprised though, Jesse is a hard working candidate who walked 17,000 homes himself in his first council race. His constant hustle makes him a strong candidate.”
“I am humbled and thankful for so many great supporters,” said Petrilla. “We need to keep up this momentum through Election Day. Thanks to so many generous individuals, we are on the path towards victory. I look forward to fighting in Sacramento for the voters of this district.”
An officer in the California Army National Guard, Jesse spent much of 2012 deployed to Afghanistan. He is an Orange County small business owner, and a Member of the Rancho Santa Margarita City Council. Jesse is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton. He and his wife Vesna have a baby boy on the way.
