Apparently one of my readers insinuated that liberal Democrat Julio Perez, who is running for the 69th Assembly District (in last place according to a recent poll) is gay.
I tried to find the comment but could not. However it appears to have set off Orange Juice bloggers Greg Diamond and Vern Nelson. Diamond in fact immediately began to threaten me and he said that he would use the courts to force me to give up the IP address of the commenter who apparently insinuated that Perez is gay.
I don’t get it. Usually if you come out of the closet and you are a Democratic politician they throw a parade for you, even if you have been lying to a faithful wife for years. So if Perez is gay, and I am certainly not saying that he is, wouldn’t that be something the blue party would celebrate? It’s not like he would be the first gay Perez to make it to Sacramento.

And if he isn’t gay, shouldn’t his backers just say so and move on? Why have such a fit? Unless of course he IS gay, which won’t help him get votes in the 69th A.D. Talk about a conundrum!
If you look at Perez’ Facebook page, for his campaign, you will note he does not mention any significant others. And I can’t recall ever seeing him with a lady who wasn’t Alicia Berhow. Weird. Of course you could say the same for Anaheim City Council candidate Jordan Brandman (pictured below).
Oh well, who cares, right? I certainly don’t, but I had to ban Nelson and Diamond from commenting on this blog, because they would not agree to stop making legal threats against me and my readers. Adios payasos! You just have to love these anti free speech “liberals…”
Maybe O.C. Register reporter Andrew Galvin (pictured above) can investigate this situation and let us know which way Perez swings…if it even matters. Either way I doubt Perez will get even 5% of the vote on June 5.
